Before booking
- The written quotation should identify the advance, balance, included work, known extra charges, and any date-blocking amount or cancellation deduction.
- A payment does not create an undisclosed non-refundable condition. Any such condition must have been communicated before payment.
- Project-specific written terms control where they are consistent with applicable law.
Cancellation or rescheduling
- Send the request in writing by email or WhatsApp as early as possible.
- A new event date is subject to team availability, travel, and any already-committed third-party cost.
- Any refund due is calculated from the agreed terms, work already completed, date-blocking commitment disclosed before payment, and documented non-recoverable costs.
- For circumstances outside both parties' control, Jamallta Films and the client will discuss a practical solution based on work and costs already incurred.
Duplicate or incorrect payment
Report a duplicate transfer or wrong amount immediately with the quotation/project reference and UTR. Do not send a UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, card details, or full bank statement. After the transaction is verified and any refund is approved, the return method and expected processing time will be communicated in writing.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the written quotation conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable law prevails.
