Clear written terms
before you pay.

Before booking

• The written quotation should identify the advance, balance, included work, known extras and any date-blocking amount or deduction.
• A payment does not create an undisclosed non-refundable condition. Such a condition must be communicated before payment.
• Project-specific written terms control where they are consistent with applicable law.

Cancellation or rescheduling

• Send the request in writing by email or WhatsApp as early as possible.
• A new date is subject to crew availability, travel and already committed third-party cost.
• Any refund is calculated from agreed terms, work completed, disclosed date-blocking commitment and documented non-recoverable cost.
• For circumstances outside both parties’ reasonable control, both sides will discuss a practical solution based on work and cost already incurred.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

Report it immediately with the quotation reference and UTR. Do not send an OTP, UPI PIN, card details, banking password or full bank statement. After verification and approval, the return method and expected processing time will be confirmed in writing.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. If a written quotation conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, applicable law prevails.
