Customer complaints

Email jamalltafilms@gmail.com with the subject “Customer complaint”. Include your name, quotation or project reference, what happened, and the outcome requested. We aim to acknowledge a complete complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, or explain what further information or time is needed.
