1. Agreement
By using this site, requesting a quotation, paying an advance or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. A written quotation or project agreement may add project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted project-specific writing controls to the extent permitted by law.
2. Services covered
Jamallta Films provides wedding and candid photography, cinematography, drone and pre-wedding shoots, reels, video editing, colour grading, audio cleanup, albums, restoration, live streaming, digital invitations and related creative services. Exact dates, team, deliverables, revisions and locations must be confirmed in writing.
3. Booking and payment
- A date is confirmed only after the agreed advance is received and the booking is accepted in writing.
- Unless agreed otherwise, the balance is due before final delivery.
- The quotation should disclose the service price, advance, balance, deliverables, known taxes and additional charges.
- Scope, event, date or location changes may change the quotation, but material extra work should be agreed before it is performed.
- Travel, accommodation, permissions, parking, entry or venue charges apply only when relevant and communicated.
Jamallta Films will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or internet-banking password. Confirm the payment recipient through the contact details on this site.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Requests must be sent by email or WhatsApp. Any non-refundable date-blocking amount or deduction must be disclosed before payment in the quotation or confirmation. Refunds are calculated from the agreed terms, work completed and documented non-recoverable costs. Rescheduled dates are subject to team availability.
5. Editing and delivery
Previews, reels, highlights, full films and albums have different schedules. Estimates begin when usable material, required selections, references, approvals and stage payments are received. Client delays or scope changes extend the schedule. Delivery may use a private link, agreed drive, physical storage or another written method.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide correct dates, venue, schedule and contact details.
- Arrange venue access, permissions, entry passes and power when needed.
- Identify important rituals, people and must-capture moments in advance.
- Share licensed music, logos, footage and references you are authorised to provide.
- Give selections, feedback and approvals within the agreed time.
7. Copyright, raw files and portfolio
Copyright is determined by applicable Indian law and the written project agreement. Client-supplied material remains with its rights holder and is processed only for the agreed service. Jamallta Films retains its pre-existing brand assets, tools, templates and know-how. Delivery of raw footage, camera files, timelines or project files is separate from final deliverables and is included only when agreed and priced. Identifiable client work is published only with required permission.
8. Live-event limits and force majeure
Reasonable effort is made to capture important moments, but a specific live-event shot cannot be guaranteed where venue rules, guest interference, late schedules, weather, poor lighting, permissions or events beyond reasonable control prevent it. Liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by law; nothing excludes a mandatory consumer right, fraud or wilful misconduct.
9. Complaints and governing law
Email jamalltafilms@gmail.com with the subject “Customer complaint”, your name, quotation or project reference and requested outcome. We aim to acknowledge a complete complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month or explain what further information or time is required. These terms are governed by Indian law; competent courts in Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction where legally applicable.
