2. Services Covered

Jamallta Films provides wedding photography, candid photography, cinematography, drone shoots, pre-wedding shoots, reels, video editing, photo retouching, album design, and related creative services.

The exact services, team size, deliverables, dates, locations, and package details should be confirmed in writing before the event.

3. Booking and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received.
• Unless stated differently in writing, the remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
• Payment may be accepted through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or another method agreed by both parties.
• Quotations may change if event dates, locations, service scope, deliverables, or team requirements change.
• Travel, stay, permissions, parking, entry fees, or special venue charges may be billed separately when applicable.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be shared in writing by email or WhatsApp.
• Advance payments cover date blocking, planning time, and team allocation, so they may be non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• If a date is rescheduled, Jamallta Films will try to support the new date subject to team availability.
• If the event is cancelled because of circumstances outside either party's control, both sides should discuss a fair practical solution based on work already completed and costs already incurred.

5. Editing and Delivery Timeline

• Photo previews, reels, highlight films, full films, and albums have different editing timelines depending on event size and workload.
• Estimated timelines will be shared during booking or after the shoot.
• Client delay in selecting photos, approving albums, making payments, or sharing feedback may extend delivery time.
• Final files may be delivered by online link, drive, physical storage, or another agreed method.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide correct event dates, venue addresses, schedules, and contact persons.
• Arrange venue access, permissions, power access, and entry passes when needed.
• Inform the team about important rituals, family members, VIP guests, and must-capture moments before the event.
• Ensure guests and venue teams cooperate reasonably with the photo and video crew.
• Share music, references, and editing preferences early when specific style choices are required.

7. Copyright, Raw Files, and Portfolio Use

• Jamallta Films retains copyright in photos, videos, raw footage, project files, edits, and creative work unless transfer is agreed in writing.
• Clients receive final deliverables for personal use, family sharing, and personal social media use.
• Raw files, unedited footage, project files, and source timelines are not included unless specifically agreed and priced.
• Jamallta Films may use selected work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotion unless the client requests privacy in writing.
• Commercial use, brand promotion, resale, or third-party publication may require separate permission.

8. Limitations and Force Majeure

• Jamallta Films will make reasonable efforts to capture important moments, but specific shots cannot be guaranteed in uncontrolled live events.
• We are not responsible for missed moments caused by venue restrictions, guest interference, late schedules, poor lighting, weather, permissions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our liability for any confirmed claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, reputational, or consequential losses.

9. Website Use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content for commercial use, or use Jamallta Films branding without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law, with competent courts in Himachal Pradesh having jurisdiction where legally applicable.
