Delivery policy

Delivery dates follow the real project scope.

Photo previews, reels, highlights, full films, albums, and editing-only projects have different timelines. The written quotation or project confirmation should state the deliverables and estimate that apply to your work.

When the schedule starts

The delivery schedule starts after Jamallta Films has the usable footage or photo selection, required project details, music or style references, confirmed deliverables, and any payment required at that stage. Missing/corrupt files or a changed scope can change the estimate.

Editing targets and changes

  • Eligible standard editing work may be quoted with a seven-working-day target after footage and scope review.
  • Large footage volumes, multi-event films, complex cleanup, albums, third-party approvals, or additional revisions require a separate schedule.
  • Client delays in selections, feedback, approvals, file transfer, or payment extend the schedule accordingly.
  • If a material delay becomes known, Jamallta Films will communicate an updated estimate.

Delivery method and review

  • Files may be delivered through a private online link, agreed cloud drive, physical storage, or another written method.
  • Check downloaded files promptly and report a technical issue or agreed correction with the project reference.
  • File format, resolution, revision allowance, raw/project-file inclusion, physical-media cost, and album approval should be confirmed before final delivery.

Backups are not permanent storage

Keep your own downloaded backup. Project media may be deleted after delivery or a practical archive period unless a separate written storage arrangement is agreed. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.
